warm oven hold hand in centre back of oven and count 12 - 15 300 - 325 degrees
moderate oven hold hand in centre back of oven and count 10 - 12 350 - 375 degrees
hot oven hold hand in centre back of oven and count 8 - 10 400 - 450 degrees
very hot oven hold hand in centre back of oven and count 5 - 8 450 - 500 degrees
